Hieu in Thai means a precarious, protruding land that matches the topography of where Hieu village and Hieu waterfall are located.
The waterfall is fed by water sources from surrounding rocky peaks, ensuring a constant flow throughout the year. In the summer, the water at the foot of the waterfall is refreshing and cool, while in winter, it maintains a pleasant warmth. Surrounded by pristine forests, the waterfall offers a fresh and pleasant atmosphere year-round.
4:00pm: Continue to Lan Village – brocade weaving village
Lan Village was a place renowned for weaving traditional fabrics for the entire Pu Luong region. People from within a 70km radius would come here to exchange woven fabrics. They would then use these fabrics to tailor traditional clothing for their family members. For Thai women, beauty is not the most important aspect; what matters is the ability to weave clothes for their husbands and children and excel in farming. That's why when you come here, you only see women weaving fabrics.
5:00pm: Driver takes you back to the Pu Luong Jungle Lodge. Journey's end!
