Airport transfers can be booked at Reception. If you have already made a booking, please reconfirm the time with Reception one day prior to your departure. You need to be at the airport at least 2.5 hours prior to an International flight departure, and 1 hour prior to a domestic flight departure. Please note check-in counters close 1 hour prior to boarding.


Jungle Lodge does not provide motorbike rental services. Please note that we only assist guests in contacting motorbike rental providers in cases of specific demand, especially for foreign guests due to language barriers (the motorbike rental service provider does not speak English). Please see our reception desk for motorbike rental services.


The resort has free bicycle service that creates convenience for guests in moving to attractive sites in the area and discovering the daily life of the local people. Please see our reception desk for free bike services and get the key bike.


Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out time is 12.00am. For a late check-out please contact Reception who will advise you if this option is available and the cost.


Coffee and tea making facilities are provided in all our rooms. Should you need any additional supplies please call Reception 0812342002.


Please refrain from smoking in the room, only smoke in areas where outdoor ashtrays are located.

Cooking inside the room, balcony and on the premises is strictly prohibited. All forms of cooking and processing food that cause odors and smoke, or are unsafe and may lead to fire or explosion on the premises are strictly prohibited. If the Guests wish to have a barbecue party in the garden or on the premises, please inform and register in order to be served (the fees for those services will be charged based on the Guests’ specific requirements). Jungle Lodge is not responsible for food safety or hygiene issues if the Guests cook themselves.

Do not bring food and beverages from outside to the resort. If the Guests decide to do so, please pay an additional service fee of 200,000 VND/pax to the resort. The resort is not responsible for food safety or hygiene issues when Guests consume food from outside.

In addition, food with a strong smell including durian, jackfruit, mangosteen, salted fish,… are not permitted to be brought to the resort. Non-compliance will result in a fine of VND5,000,000.


Baby cots are available for your use free of charge. If you require a cot please contact Reception.


All payments to the resort using a credit card are to be charged a 3% fee.


To avoid waiting time, we would encourage our guests to place your order 2-5 hours in advance by phone/zalo/whatSapp to (+84)8 6636 2002 - Ms Tracy or (+84)8 1234 2002 – Mr Viet Anh.

Breakfast is served between: 7.00am – 09.30am

Lunch is available between: 10.30am – 3.00pm

Dinner is served between: 6.00pm with last call at 9.30pm

If you would like a packed lunch for day tripping, please order from the Reception. We ask that you give our kitchen enough time for preparation – ideally we should have your order the night before your tour.


We are connected to the mains water supply, and our water is safe to drink. To minimize single-use plastic waste, we provide complimentary filtered water (unlimited) throughout your stay. Kindly use the glass bottles provided in your room to refill water at the reception.


In our efforts to conserve both water and energy please help us through the following:

Turn off all lights, fans & air –conditioning units when you are not in your room.

We will change the bed sheets and towels upon your request. By doing this, we can save water and reduce the use of detergents.

Please dispose of trash in the designated areas. Every little bit of trash properly disposed of is as important as planting a new green seed!

Help us with our "environmental protection" mission by bringing your own toothbrush and toiletries to keep the environment protected in our little slice of heaven.

Of course, if you forget, we always have some back-ups available – but if we all do our part, the world will be such a better place, right?

Pu Luong nature reserve has a tropical climate which is the perfect environment for a variety of insects. The resort sprays (one that is not harmful to people) periodically against mosquitoes, something that has proven to be successful. However, there are spiders and bugs at certain times of the year but totally harmless. The resort also has an effective pest control management plan in place.

Please note that Geckos (wall and ceiling lizards) are completely harmless and feed off irritating insects. Cane toads are evident after heavy rains and are also harmless, but we don’t suggest you touch them.

We prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests and take necessary measures to manage the presence of insects and animals in a responsible manner. Should you have any concerns during your stay, our staff is always available to address them and provide any necessary assistance.

Pu Luong Jungle Lodge provides free WIFI within premises and in your room.


Please ensure that your key does not get lost during your stay as there is only one key per room. If you are going out please deposit your key at Reception for safe keeping. There will be a $25 charge for key replacement if lost.


If your flight home or tour connection leaves in the afternoon or evening, you may make wish to extend your room stay at a fee. This service is based on availability. Please ask at Reception for availability and prices. Alternatively, we can store your luggage in our secure lock up and you are more than welcome to use the resort facilities during the day. We have a shower room to freshen up before your flight if need be.


Pu Luong Jungle Lodge offers a Guest Laundry Service with the price 50,000vnd/kg. The laundry basket is located near your Clothes hanger. Please put the laundry into the basket and bring it to the reception area.


If there are any damages to your room or any loss of equipment from your room you will be charged for repair or replacement, so please contact reception so that we can discuss these charges prior to you departing.


If you have a problem with any external noise please contact reception 0812342002 immediately so that we can address the situation as soon as possible. We have a ‘No Noise Policy’ after 10.00pm so please respect other guests after this time.


A maximum of two pets are permitted per room. Pets shall have a maximum height of 60 centimeters. Cats shall be limited to domestic or house cats. Pets are allowed only in the rooms in which they are registered. Keep your pet leashed at all times as you head out of your room and must be accompanied by their owners in public places at all times.

All pet vaccinations, especially anti-rabies must be current and valid. The pets’ vaccination certificate must be presented to the Front Desk upon check-in.

Pets should not have been sick in the last seventy-two (72) hours. A medical clearance from a certified vet may be required upon check-in.


In order to ensure a pleasurable holiday, if at any time during the course of your stay, your expectations are not met to your satisfaction, our managers – Mr Viet Anh (+8412342002) and Ms Tracy (+84866362002) are here to help 24/7. Please do not wait until you have left Pu Luong Jungle Lodge to make a complaint or give feedback as we’d much rather resolve any issues that you might have straight away!


Our pool is only available for in-house guests. Please follow our pool rules and regulations so that everyone can enjoy themselves. Only appropriate swimwear is to be worn in the pool and no clothes are to be worn in the pool.
