The shared sleeping area is divided into sections by privacy curtains, with two individual floor mattresses in each section. This arrangement provides a degree of personal privacy while preserving the welcoming, sociable atmosphere of a traditional stilt house.

Accommodating 16 to 20 guests, Community House 1 is particularly suitable for groups of friends, trekking teams, clubs, and organized group tours. Fans are provided in the sleeping area, while four bathroom and toilet facilities are located on the lower level. Guests also have access to ten additional public toilets distributed throughout the resort grounds.

Beyond the communal accommodation experience, guests can enjoy a daily buffet breakfast, relax by the resort's two infinity swimming pools, and discover the natural stream flowing through the grounds of Pu Luong Jungle Lodge.
